As the Program Director and CEO of Bodies ‘N Motion, I would like to congratulate you on exploring one of the most effective Health & Wellness programs I know of.
Should you be interested, you are about to embark on an exciting adventure! Our signature program, The Complete Mind & Body Transformation Program is a unique program put together by a team of qualified professionals from all areas of health and fitness. As Program Director, I have surrounded myself with individuals who extensive training and experience. As a successful personal trainer and wellness coach, nutritionist, author and motivational speaker, I am very confident that we can help you to achieve your personal fitness and health goals! Allow me to provide a brief overview of the program...
You may to increase your fitness level, lose bodyfat, or to increase your energy. Maybe you’d like to learn what you can do to slow the aging process, improve your general health, or bolster your immune system and decrease your risk of developing disease in the future. These are all great reasons, and this program can certainly help participants in each of these areas. These reasons can really all be summed up in the ultimate purpose of this program, which is to inspire you and provide you with valuable knowledge and practical ideas that will help you to get the very most out of life.
The Complete Mind & Body Transformation Program is different from the any other program, fad diet or diert company that have been so popular lately. It is not about how much fat you can lose in a short period of time (although you will lose bodyfat) and it is not about adding an inch to your biceps (although you will become physically fitter and stronger). Our program will educate, and encourage you to make positive changes that will benefit every aspect of your life. You will increase your knowledge of nutrition and physical fitness and begin making some positive changes to your “diet” and exercise program. In addition to improving your exercise and nutritional habits, you will also have the opportunity to examine and make changes in many other components of your lifestyle that contribute to wellness. For example, you will learn about goal setting and how this is an indispensable tool in creating the life that you want. You will learn some basic breathing techniques that help neutralize stress and smooth out emotional swings. You will receive advice about creating a healthy living environment. This program is open to men and women of all ages and fitness levels (although it is not suitable for those who are closed minded, opposed to change, or uninterested in self-improvement!) The program will require approximately 3-4 hours per week involved in various physical activities to promote a complete transformation.
